Eszter Chen (陳純虹) is a Taipei-born, LA-raised illustrator and visual artist whose vibrant, surreal, and pattern-rich work explores emotional ecosystems shaped by daily life, memory, imagination, and contemporary absurdity.

With a background in textile designe and a BFA in Illustration from ArtCenter College of Design in California, she works across illustration, painting, surface design, and mixed media art,  building visual worlds filled with symbolic forms, strange living objects, awkward humor, and saturated color.

Now based in Taipei, Eszter runs her art studio while moving between personal world-building and commissioned projects, continuing to develop a universe where emotion, decorative rhythm, and psychological space coexist through playful tension and visual storytelling.
